In the Refrigerator:

Sofrito!!! Sofrito! Sofrito! (But this is in your freezer/refrigerator. This is a MUST!!!
Onions (I prefer red)
Garlic
Red Pepper
Green Pepper
Cilantro


In the pantry:

Adobo











Sazon con achote AND sin achote (Sazon Goya)












Chicken bouillon (or Cubitos de polvo - Goya)













Anato
White Vinegar
Olive Oil and Canola/Vegetable Oil
