The power of food is often ignored. To me, cooking is a form of saying I love you.

Food brings families and friends together. Holidays, birthdays, celebrations or whatever the occasion, If there's a group of people... there's usually some type of food.

My most well known cooking skills come from the Latin culture. Having the privilege of growing up with people and family from two beautiful countries, (Dominican Republic and Puerto Rico) and being Dominican myself, I picked up a few things here and there through the years.

I'm here to share my love for food!
